Brantford Lapidary and Mineral Society

The Brantford Lapidary and Mineral Society has been home to geology and jewelry enthusiasts in south-central Ontario since 1964. An active volunteer driven club, they profess four feature pillars: Lapidary, Mineral, Field Trips, and Social. Meetings are held September through June at their rural clubhouse east of Paris, Ontario and an annual gem and mineral show highlights the club’s finds and creations.

Brantford is probably still best known as the birthplace of hockey icon Wayne Gretzky. Located west of Hamilton and south of Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge, you now know it as home to a thriving rock and lapidary club.
